Yellowing headlights

I've been noticing that my headlights were starting to yellow some. I really noticed it when chef and I first met. I noticed how clear his were compared to mine. So, I picked up the Mequires Extreme kit. It's a 4 step process that starts with a 1000 grit wet sand, then a 3000 grit wet sand, followed with a polishing with the PlastX, then a coating of there UV protection.

I'm pleased with the results.

Took less than an hour to do all 4. Foglights look better in person.

Turned out really good. My girlfriends 06 Daytona Blue is starting to yellow in the exact same spot. I know what I need to buy now.

I just looked at the box and it's called: Meguiar's Heavy Duty Headlight Restoration Kit.

It comes with everything. I still have enough left to probably do another 25 sets....lol

I'm sure this will happen to all of us after a while. How many miles do you have on yours just so I know about when this should happen to mine?

I see lots of older cars from the 90's that are so foggy you wonder how their headlights produce any light for them to see the road.

yeah, I have noticed mine are starting to haze in the same place as yours. Guess I'll have to do this soon.
