2008 Chevy HHR Radio Wiring Diagram Help

I need help installing my radio wire harness adapter for my aftermarket radio. I bought this product from Amazon:
here here

And I installed it using the directions on one side of the instructions instead of the opposite side of the instructions like I needed (apparently); it had my car listed on both sides and I didn't look at the other side. I would like to check to make sure the wires match up before I go through more annoying fails, so a diagram or something legit would be great appreciated.

My car is a 2008 LT with just a regular 4 speaker radio, I believe.

Also, I'm having trouble finding a good antenna adapter. Do you know there name of the plug type or whatever? The one I got off Amazon, that said it fits, doesn't. The one I bought is:
here here

It had the male end that I needed.

Here is a picture of the instructions that I was going to try (UPDATE: it worked):

Never trust instructions that can’t spell CHEVROLET correctly.

I imagine that the other side just has different names for the Speaker wires, the 2 different radio systems have the same HU only difference is the amp and sub-woofer. What directions are needed for a plug and play adapter? Did you get a GMLAN adapter too?
I see there is a support address on the sheet, did you try it?

It's not plug and play. It's cutting and soldering. All the recent reviews say it's not right.

The usual "not right" is the switched power wire that does not exist. They don't bother to tell you that you need to locate a source of switched power, unless you want to remember to turn it off before you turn the key. Or, do the sensible thing and get a GMLAN adapter and a plug and play adapter.
If you don't get a GMLAN adapter you will no longer have chimes. key in, lights on, turn signal.

Thanks for that. Using that I matched it to the Red Wolf adapter said and it matched up and I got my radio working.
