2011 bluetooth

I am new to this forum. Bought a 2011 1LT with ONSTAR. I do not have the steering wheel controls for the radio. Not sure if I have Bluetooth capability with the existing radio. If I add the steering wheel radio controls will that provide Bluetooth capability? Does the Bluetooth reside in the radio, in the Body Control Module? Will any mods need to be done to the wiring harness back to the BCM. If it did not come from the factory with it is it possible to add it at all? Is all the wiring present at the steering wheel to be able to add the controls and have them work? If you have done this mod, please respond with details on what you have done. Thanks Wireman

From my resources, Bluetooth is usually within OnStar, but if you would l like to send me a private message with your VIN I would be happy to research the build sheet information.
