Any good dash kits? (new headunit - want a double-din kit that isn't so ugly)

I'm picking up my HHR tonight, and I will most likely be moving my headunit from my old car to my new HHR.

Most double-din kits I've seen are just ugly black plastic. In my old Nissan, the center console was black plastic, so it didn't matter that the dash kit was also black plastic. But with the nice look of the HHR, I think it desrves more than ugly black plastic.

Anyone out there can point me in the right direction?

THANKS!

I'm not even gonna ask how you found that thread. The search feature hasn't always been my friend. (but my dog has! )

we used to mold them for customers. that was about $150.

you can also sand, primer, and paint/clearcoat the "cheap" plastic metra kit.

third option is have someone roter out a plexi piece to go in the spot. that we would charge about $75-100 depending how we feel that day.
