see i have the stock radio but i installed two 12" subs with an amp and every now and then my radio just wont turn on..? just wondering if anyone had any pointers?

 

sounds like an install problem. seen it a thousand times

 

line out converter? or is the head unit not working

 

fuse, not grounded?

 

I can't say that I have had that problim but every once in a while I have lost all oudio output from my radio. It is not the mute, I can turn the volume all over the place and nothing. I can change the source and yet again nothing. I can turn the radio on and off, nothing. The display is working fine can see everything just no audio at all.
Has anyone else had this problim?

 

yes thats the problem ive been having....

 

Sounds like it might be a software problem. Needs to be reprogrammed by the dealer per the TSB that mentions AM and FM volume fading.
