On Torque
hold your finger on the gauge you wish to disappear, a dialog will pop up when you lift your finger. touch your choice in the dialog.
Note that you probably have at least 3 screens, mine has 7; swipe to change.

Thanks Don, deleted all screens and just reinstalled the volt meter for ECM as a gauge (dial). Also found out you don't have to hook it up to the car to do it.
