These are the 1st 3 steps. If you're not hearing the system say "READY", then you have not done step 1 correctly.

1. Press and hold - and - for two seconds. The system responds with “Ready” followed by a tone.(that's the PUSH-TO-TALK button)
2. Say “Bluetooth”. The system responds with “Bluetooth ready” followed by a tone.
3. Say “Pair”. The system responds with instructions and a four digit PIN number. The PIN number will

(sorry but copy/paste didn't translate the 2 buttons listed in step 1)

If the Firemangeorge post above doesn't help, you are best to contact a GM Connection Centre Specialist at 1.877.558.8352 (as per https://my.gm.ca/chevrolet/en/learnAbout/bluetooth)

Then you are best to contact a GM Connection Centre Specialist at 1.877.558.8352 - it has nothing to do with your phone of course as it isn't getting to the pairing stage.

Are you sure you actually have bluetooth? I believe it is listed on your RPO codes in the glovebox as: UPF - Wireless Interface - Short Range, Voice Recorder

According to this https://www.traverseforum.com/34-aud...th-set-up.html you probably don't have bluetooth. That is OnStar asking "what do you mean by that, not in my inventory".

When I went to the gm site it said 2009 didn't have it. But that was a confusing experience!

We know - you have told us the same thing 3 or 4 times now. We get it. But you have to read what we have posted to try and help you out, and when we ask questions to clarify something, we expect an answer.
At this point you need to verify if you actually do have bluetooth as detailed previously, and/or call GM as suggested previously. We can't help you any further on this.
