Go back to the original stereo in 2008 HHR SS

I bought an SS used about three weeks ago and the aftermarket Alpine turned on but no sound. I took out the Alpine this weekend by removing the waterfall console and removing everything that was associated with the Alpine. It appears wires were cut and spliced. I want to return to a stock radio. If I need the wiring harness for the stock radio does anyone sell them? Best place to find a stock radio?

I have a radio from a 2010 1LT that is available. I am not sure what the difference is between the SS Radio and the 1LT, but if there isn't a difference, mine is available for $35 shipped. I did have an iSimple Gateway hooked up to the radio that allowed me to have Sirius in the car-so the presets still show XM, but it does not have SiriusXM currently. It's a stock AM/FM/CD radio.
