GPS Installation

I recently finished installation a GPS in the top glove compartment. It is much more convienent to use now since it is wired in. And it is concealed when the lid is closed. Plus, it no longer uses up the cigarette lighter, allowing it to be used for other things, like radar detector or G-Tech. I put photos in the How-To section.

By the way, having GPS is really great.

Sorry for the delay. My wife just left to go shopping with my son, so I am left behind watching my daughter (three years old). She decided she would rather be downstairs in the living room then upstairs in the computer room with me. I will post it as soon as they return. But I think you will be impressed. I hard wired a cigarette lighter plug to the fusebox so the GPS plug/speaker sit behind the center console under the dashboard, invisible for all to see. When the weather here clears up, I will be running a 4 gauge to the same spot so I will have power for my soon-to-be installed Pioneer head unit, as well as running a 10 gauge to the engine compartment so I can get my airhorns working. All I need is time and clear skies.
