and then i just did this now, dont know if itll help any sound wise or not, but looking through the port it should look nice with all rounded edges and corners. (glassing over this as well)

Rounded edges help alot from the 4th orders Ive done.. Up around the port do some larger round-overs or like PVC pipe, otherwise you get a big build up of pressure that just sits there around the port when it could be exerted out. :)

this is the port, 3/4" round over bit. the 1.5" round over bit was like over 100$... lol

eventually i'd like one though. good thing, if i dont like how this port sounds i can make a new one since its a removable port.
