So, I could do this instead of buying those rear leveling springs!

Seriously nice work!

The smell is Fine, Sanding the fiberglass SUXS!

I used to repair corvettes and sanding fiberglass sucked big time.

COLD shower at the end of the day. Closes your pores quick and the fiberglass rinces off, a hot shower Opens your pores and the fiberglass dust would go into your pores and ITCH like Hell!

Keep posting progress pics!

lil sloppy, i stapled it with the panel still on the door so it wouldnt flex out of position.

then i took it off and resined and added a thick layer of mat in most areas, some 2 layers (under the 12 etc),,,tomorrow ill trim it up and start sanding and prally add one more layer of mat on the back side for re-enforcement. cant wait to have these things playing!!!!!!!!!!

oh and all the sharp edges from the baffles under the fabric will be filled with rage extreme, so it will all look nice once i complete the body work.
