Windshields on HHRs are stronger than you think. There small and curved making a pretty strong surface. The seals will give out first and possibly tear the roof before the windshield will give.

Sorry dude, but I'm calling BS. I've sat in cars that do a 160dB on MUSIC, and I could hear fine afterwords. it takes alot of bass to crack a windshield also.

should i put 45s in my port like this? donno if itll do anything soundwise, but it kinda makes it look a little nicer.

if i do, theyll be smaller, that was just a 45 i had laying around and i used it as a reference.

Or a use a bigger hammer to get the tank to fit. :) Love the build. Used to install high end systems in the 80's boy have things come a long way.

Maybe a silly question but, do they make an OVAL air tank that might fit? I've no clue of air ride systems, but aside from maybe 2 smaller tanks maybe if someone makes an oval tank it may fit?? Just thinking out loud.

Later
