Gmos-03

I have installed a kenwood head unit with this adapter as well. The only problem I have is when the chimes end there is a real nasty sound that kind of sounds like a short. Has anyone else had this problem?

Chimes

I want to install a separate speaker for the warning chimes . How do I wire this different on the GMOS 03 adapter so it wont go to the left front speaker at all?

Do not route your speaker wires from the head unit to the speakers through the box Just connect your external speaker you will use for the chimes to the LF output of the GMLAN box.

So, I have the low end factory stereo...but putting in aftermarket with amps. Do I need the 04 so it routes the onstar audio to the Line level outs to my amplifiers? I won't have any speakers powered by the HU.
