You would want to stick some kind of rubber pads on the bottom of that box, as any kind of normal driving will make it slide all around the cargo area potentially damaging the sub.

I ended up changin the sub and box out last night from the carpeted box with a Kicker Comp to a box I made and coated with bed liner material with a Power Acoustic. The lows are a lot more crisp and not as distorted as before. I trimmed an old rubber floor mat to fit on the bottom of this box to keep it from sliding around
