Need Help (Again!) - PAC-TR7 with LAN-04

Again... I need help. I cannot get the PAC-TR7 to work with my headunit to bypass the video lockouts. The damned W505 will not even let you set the correct time without either hooking up the unit to the parking brake, or by bypassing it with the TR7. I know it is already programmed correctly, as I used the same unit in the old vehicle with the same headunit. As much of a pain as the LAN-04 is I figured it had to be something to do with that. Has anyone successfully installed a video bypass with the premium system with OnStar and amp? Please... let me know if it can be done and how! Thanks!

The LAN04 has nothing to do with why it doesnt work .. if its a new part .. they are already pre programmed for Alpine Bypass ...

Nothing to do but wire it up ..

After all your problems ... Why not have someone just put it in for you .. ? and be done with it

That's a good question... all I know is I will not be purchasing another vehicle with a shi*ty factory amp/sub and OnStar. The upgraded sound in the SS is awful and it makes it a pain to do any sort of upgrading. This is the last hurdle to overcome to get everything in. If I had a plain headunit - non GPS and DVD - I would be done. I've been using mine with just the iPod for a week now but figured it'd be wasteful to not hook it up the right way.
