opinions and ideas wanted!
I am struggling with how to mount my Ipod 30G, which I have an interface for, and my Audiocontrol remote DDC( about 4" by 1.25" by 1/2").
The top dash hatch compartment will be used for the DDC and maybe even the IPOD. I will have a custom molded fiberglass holder made that fills up the storage hatch and holds the DDC in an ergonomic fashion. The holder or filler will be painted either a tone of gray to coordinate with my interior, or shiney black to match my car's exterior.
I am toying with just laying the Ipod in the extra space that was created when I installed the new head unit. I would have the Ipod cable routed through side of the cubby so that it can easily be plugged in and hidden.
What is your opinion or idea on the location of these two accessories?
