Replacing stock subwoofer
Has anyone had any issues with their amps getting hot being mounted under the back? I had mine hooked up and it was working fine and I went on my first trip more than 30 min and after being in the car for about 2.5 hours the sub started really hitting and the bass was much more noticeable.
I know subs and amps have a break in period and these had been in for about 3 days total. The amp was pretty warm but not too hot to where I couldn't touch it so do you think it needs to be adjusted again or is it getting to hot?

Can you think of a reason the sub would start producing more sound? Do you think it was a result of the heat or is it just a result of the amp and sub getting use for the first time and becoming "broken in"?
