Stock sub woofer removal????

Man, I cannot get the stock subwoofer out of the box. I have all the screws out and it the speaker will wobble and it will turn in the hole but no matter what I cannot get it to come out.

Some help will be appreciated.

Thanks

There is a bolt in the back holding the sub in the box. It bolts right into the cage of the sub. Hopefully you have your box out and aren't doing it in place. If you are doing it with the box in place you're going to have to pull the box.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, I was simply trying to pull the speaker out to grab the leads and put them into my sealed box with my CVR. Nuts to that though. I will wait have my 10" box built and then just tap the lines. I'll likely leave the stock sub stock and just unplug it.

I cannot believe how redundantly mounted that sub box and subwoofer are. Its a pain to remove. Plus it like a billion degrees out in Charleston. Any who, I just put it all back together and now I'm gonna drink a beer.

Thanks again for your help. this place is great
