Where to catch pink remote wire?

Its really cold here, I dont want to try pulling the HU for fear of snapping something in half. Does anyone know the routing of the pink #8 wire after coming off the radio connector? Im hoping to catch it under the dash somewhere, but it seems pretty well hidden.

You can see it very easilly in the fuse area on the passenger side of the main console. (where all the fuses are inside the car)

Isnt that a thicker wire for something else? I assumed the one off the radio was fairly thin.

Yes, the thicker one. It's the one I used and I also tested it with a DMM. It's 12V+ when ign is on and grounded when ign is off.

I'm not sure you should be using the pink ign wire as the remote for your amps...I'm guessing it should work...

I was just helping locate the ign wire. lol!

I would take the HU out myself. Only a cover and 6 screws. Very simple. Far easier to get the wire you want without making a mistake.
