WTB factory sub box

I need the black plastic factory sub box that goes behind the cover on the left side.I am putting in the factory 6 disk and amp.If someone has one they pulled out to do a custom job and is no longer needed it would save me from making one up that would fit.I can send you M/O or Paypal and it would need to be shipped to zip 48195.
Thanks in advance for any help Mike

Mike,
Sorry no one has replied to your post yet. I had the same question when I joined also. I have yet to find a good solution for this. If I find anything out, I will be sure to post it here. I am going to some local car audio places soon to see what they say. Good luck on your quest.

I know this is slightly off-topic, but since I don't know I thought I'd ask.

Is there a factory box mounted in the back, left-hand side or is it just a speaker mounted into an existing cavity?

Thanks.

I got luckey and snagged a Sub box with amp and speaker off ebay for $76. You can email them to see if they have anymore.

Dealer said just the box with no amp was $100.

Good luck,
Craig~

Keep in mind you will also need to run all the wiring since GM only puts in the wiring if the sub is installed.

Crap! That defeats my "plug and play" theory!

Also, would the base radio that comes in the LS model have a direct hook-up for a factory sub?

I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth it or not.
