FE1 to FE5
i have an 08LS and went full out and replaced all suspension to fe5 WITH a rear sway bar from TTR and also went from 16 to 18's also. I love the ride..yes it is more stiff and bumpier but it feels more sportier and tighter aroudn corners. I dont autocross but its fun to whip around the streets and corners in, its much more planted now on this set up than before. Only problem is if you go up to 18" rims, you will feel the power lull and use more gas since its having to turn the heavier wheels that the 2.2 was not made for...but i made up for it with a bunch of mods and a tune..just figure out what you want to do in the long run and go for it :)
they are very stiff
SS rides are not for all and can really get to you. its a very stiff ride
bumps are no fun
wondering why he and allot want this

I really think "Sleeper" has it nailed for starters and for a LOT LESS MONEY.
SS Cobalt TC Springs and a TTR Rear Sway Bar.
Spring Part Number 25821162
16" Tires at 32lbs. cold.
The beauty is you could just add on from there if you are not satisfied and you would not loose all your ride quality.

Rear has shocks only ... These would be SS Cobalt TC not SC springs.
I would not replace the shocks if they are not leaking unless .. you want to replace with new FE3 shocks.
Thats the beauty of doing this one step at a time.
