I am from Lithuania and we haw just some Chevy HHR imported from USA.
So no easy to find some information
Maybe some body haw EPS wiring diagram of Chevy HHR ?

most of the power steering has nothing to do with the motor...its "told" how much assistance is needed by a few variables or sensors...as for a wiring diagram, my service manual seems to have everything but EPS...sorry I can't help there

We rebuild many EPS so this one can be interesting to. How I understand HHR haw many problems with EPS

I'm reading your post as saying, YOU have just imported many HHR's from the U.S.

And, I also read you have done many EPS systems. Are they mostly HHR's?

Does this mean YOU ARE BUYING HHR's that originally came from the U.S. then reselling them?
