if no one here has it , you could try your local gm service dept. i got a service manual on cd off ebay , it seems to have everything , but it is for 06...i don't know if or what has changed....

To the best of my knowledge there is not just one wiring diagram. GM in their FSM(Helm) breaks the vehicle up into "systems", showing only what is being discussed. AllData I believe does the same.
