If I were you I would use KYB as Replacement. They are a much better shock than the monroe. At least in my opinion.

Any thoughts on where to find them? I usually like Advance for all my parts and they carry Monroe. O'Reilly lists KYB, but looks like a special order. I don't go to AutoZone.

Oh yeah, KYB (kentucky brand)-we can only get them shocks online down here in Florida. Just like that kentucky jelly, got that one time and put it on my toast for breakfast-man, that some nasty tasting stuff!

I'd be interested in that too although I can't image that it would be too difficult, right? I'm mean, these are just bolt on. Unless you have to remove something else to get to the shock mounts. I dunno.

Looks like it's two bolts. Shouldn't be that hard.

The only fun part with shocks is when they extend....

Get one bolt installed, make sure it's pointed in the right direction, then cut the strap. With luck, it will extent to the right spot. If not, use will have to man handle it to compress it where you need it to go....

Well that sounds *****ty. Luckily, I have a buddy that is a mechanic and he is built like a bear. If I can't get it, he can! :)
