Lowering springs
Not goofy..he said undrivable...the springs offered for the front ( mainstream) do not lower to the point of having to be conscious of your driving habits..unless you like to slam speed bumps, and they make a noticable improvement in handling...the only ones really complaining are those with steep not so well designed driveways..and those with hitches with bad driveways...my ls is setting on GLs and have yet to run into any problems...and it looooooks gooood!
Doesn't cost much, & maintained tools are always good long term investments.
You don't need a garage, just the will to learn some things, that can save you money. Like oil changes etc, etc..
Mods are cool, But Tools Rule !!!
Depends on what youre after. If you have lots of money and want a show car, then do air ride. If you want really low but still a driver get coilovers.
However if you want a good performance suspension, you dont want it slammed and bouncing off every twig on the road, stick with pedders lowering springs and a rear swaybar.
