Mike, did you get your progress anti-sway bar yet? Please let us know how the shipping process worked out for you?
They are by far the cheapest source for the Progressive anti-away bar that I have seen.

The package came on the other day. It was very fast. I think they put the price up 2 bucks. That is still cheap . Th shipping was not bad . The box was big . I thought it was a good deal. I'm going to install it on monday.

good luck

How well does the progress tech anti-sway bar improve the on-center feel of the HHR?

My Wife never said a word, good or bad, after I put the sway bar on her HHR several weeks ago. All of her driving is around town so I don't know if any change in handling would be that apparent. I'm thinking it's true value might be in an emergency situation where some quick manuvering might be necessary to avoid something.

I also added GROUND FORCE 1in drop springs. I think it is a good combo.
The HHR stays nice (less body roll) on tight ramps & curves.

Does this change the ride quality of the HHR? (LT1 on 16"'s)

Also was wondering if I would be able to drive the front wheels up on ramps and install that way? I could get under the car fairly easy that way....I'm not that keen on trying to back up on ramps!

Interested in ride quality difference from those that already have the softer suspension in the LS and LT1

I find the ride quality is better now. Hard to explain but it feels tighter, yet it feels smoother to me as if it now has a longer wheelbase.

I backed mine up on the Rhino Ramps myself and installed the Progress sway bar myself. Impressed the wife with that one, since I didn't wreck anything

Hint: Adjust your outside rearview mirror(s) so that it faces down so you can see the ramp in the mirror.

I think that it is possible to install the rear sway bar on the ground. In fact I think that it is recommended so that you do not put some torque in the suspension

When it is up on ramps, there is no extra load on the rear suspension. It's simply raised to get better access to the undercarriage.
