Rear Backer Plates - need new or close to new
No one carries them. Any ideas who may have after market ones?

2010 Chevy HHR LT has rear drum brakes. Backer plates are needed for parts to attach to.

If no one carries them, then a wrecking yard would be the next option. Thousands out there. In fact, one of our members has several that he is parting out.

Have you tried Rock Auto? jusst got drums and shoes from them for my '97 might be worth checking online and /or email or phone

Except that OP is looking for rears... Google shows no availability new, so used is the only option now.

My husband is replacing the drum brakes, and the backer plates are in rough shape. He likes to replace all the parts as much as he can so he does not have to take it apart again.
