My rattle especially on dirt roads, was the sway bar end links, the stock ones are sucky, use the MOOGs with a zert.

I have been putting off that same problem. Once spring comes and I can drive my other cars, I will be taking it to the dealership

Has the car ever been in a body shop, especially for rear quarter panel/fender repair? If so, they may have neglected to replace the sound insulation at all or incorrectly. I have found MANY holder downers and invisible panels with problems on my HHR (which at the time of purchase) CarFax said was undamaged, but 2 months later almost totaled, and then I got rear ended into another car. All body shops that I have dealt with suck when it comes to details like things you can't see.

Still have noise in front end

Just relaced sway bar bushings and links. The rattle in front has gone but still hear some noise when hitting a bump. Should I replace struts also. Car has 119,00 and they have never been changed, also should I replace rear shocks and anything else?? Thanks

Well at 119k I'd say that even though the ride might feel fine, your struts and shocks are getting mighty tired. If you do decide to change them, also change the strut mounts, they aren't at all expensive and when they wear out or dry out, you can get quite a bit of noise out of them.

I used KYB struts and shocks on my '06 and '07 with great results, I picked up the strut mounts at the dealer because a had a coupon, but any quality brand will do.

I would, they are as tired as your struts and the ride might feel a bit odd if you don't change them, among other things....the back end will feel like its "hopping" over bumps.

06 Front Strut package.

I tried to buy KYB complete front strut package with coil spring and bearing plate. KYB doesn't make one. Does anyone make a good complete kit or would I be better off to buy just strut and bearing plate and use old coils? Car has 121,000 miles. Thanks
