What I'm doing with my 2011; Bilstein struts and shocks, Eibach lowering springs, TTR rear sway bar, ST front sway bar, Moog end links, Moog strut tower caps, Eibach alignment bolts, a few other odds and ends. After all that it might be better than an SS.

Add our rear sway bar will help a lot. Most everyone gets one for their HHR.

May want to consider our engine mount also, and transmission bushings.

I plan on getting the engine mount from you but I wish somebody would make poly auto transmission mounts.

We have them. The auto trans HHR SS and Non SS, are the same bushing as the auto cobalt. Look under the Chevy Cobalt / Drivetrain, and select the TTR bushings for the AUTO trans cobalt :)

Thanks for the tip, I've got it bookmarked.

I did the same mods to my 88 GTA, got rid of the stock ws6 suspension. Handles as good as my stock 86 corvette now. Not world class but great for going to the grocery store.
