Most sway bar bushings from the after market like Energy Suspension are 1 inch so some clearance or slop which could cause noise. My ES polyurethane bushings make noise if I don't keep them greased.

GMpartsgiant says 24mm and 25mm, I have never miked either one, just quoting parts books

My new stock bushings came yesterday from Radley Gm in VA. Under $12 for two, fast shipping and their split for easy installation. Can't wait to get them on and stop the clunk. Broke all the bolts loose the other day but way too cold until Saturday to work on the car.
With the clunk gone I might keep the old girl for another year.

Don't forget that the split in the bushings are to go to the rear.

Bushings are in and clunk is gone. What a PITA right side took me a 1/2 hour left side took me 1 1/2 hours. No room to work on the left side and I have a pit to work in.

The service manual and several posts here say to drop the cradle an inch or so.
