Thicker is not nessesarily better. It depends on the material and the overall handling you get. My panel is very nuetral now with the progress bar. I was always a rear drive guy and at first I hated the HHR handling. Eibach springs and the sway bar and I'm very happy now. Still hate the torque steer.

I just ordered a sway bar from Turbo Tech for my christmas present. Alot of the members from SoCalHHR's are using them and love them.

I have the progress bar, it really helped with body roll. I didnt want it too stiff, so I think it was the best choice for me. If you want track level performance, go for the TTR.

The Progress bar has been a great addition to my Panel. Combo'd with the rear lowering springs it handles pretty darn good for a front wheel drive vehicle

I finaly installed a Progress Bar use from the Cobalt SS web Site, great drive Now.

I have had a Turbo Tech since 2008 on my panel and it has helped with the handling of the vechile. GOOD IDEA TO ADD A TURBO TECH REAR SWAYBAR
