Ivan-

I only added the 09 Cobalt SS/TC springs in the REAR That 'leveled it'
just fine. I like the front how it is stock, low enough for me, where I live & drive..

FWIW: measure from top of REAR rim,to rear lower fender edge.
Then have some friends sit on the back end till you are 1" lower (or throw some weight in) then see if you are happy with the rear 1" lower.

Cost to check = $ 0. Big Smile = Priceless....

I'll give'r a go then. I wasn't sure if the 1" drop in just the rear would cause it to look like it was leaning rearward. Thanks.

Ivan-
It didn't lean rearwards at all on mine & others..

But I'd suggest you do the weigh down & re-measure & see how yours looks from several angles.
Then you will know for sure on yours.....

With money kinda tight but the need for some extra stability, I bought the "tube" style 25mm anti roll bar from Eibach. Cost $140 if I bought it from Eibach direct + shipping. Went through Pep Boys instead for $144 with free shipping to the store. Found a bonus in the box-a card for a $10 rebate! Just bought it, backed up onto my ramps, place a milk carton under the bar, and was good to go in 15 minutes.

Bar is not super perfomance without changing the front or springs, but I'm happy to say there are no more face prints from my wife & kids on the windows!

Part # is 3899.312 if interested. Also found any of my other extras I've bought for the HHR Pep Boys can order, and rather cheaply at that. If you've got a Pep Boys near you sign up for their rewards. I do alot of side work and it adds up to some free credit toward other Pep Boys Purchases.

SS/TC R springs & TTR Sway Bar

In addition to my SS/TC rear Springs:

Recently cut a great deal on a TTR rear sway bar, figured I'd do some miles of testing to see how things worked out, before commenting.

Started easily to get a feel, & moved to more aggressive driving. Pushing it Harder thru various curves, swerves & generally giving it a good work-out, it just stays really flat & planted, & hugs almost like on rails. I really look forward to the twisties.. What a diff.. No understeer felt, & so far no oversteer either..
I am totally pleased with this combo. "Springs & bar".

With approx 150+ varied miles on with sway bar, I am Really enjoying this additional Improvement. My lil "Sleeper" feels more solid & much more responsive, like it should be..The ride quality is the same Very Good.. But the handling is now Truly AWESOME.
