Angry TTR bar has arrived

My TTR bar that I ordered like a month ago finally arrived. Took awhile to get to Canada, but when it finally got here I wasnt home and had to go pick it up from the post office. When i get there, the box is completely mangled and ripped and the bar is sticking out from the bottom all scratched and scuffed. Way to go CBSA! (canadian border services) On the packing slip from the border people it says item wasnt opened..umm the whole box is mangled and one side is CLEARLY open considering the bar is falling out of the box. Im so peeved, gona call the CBSA and complain, this is ridiculous! Everytime I order some part for the car from the US, CBSA always opens up my stuff and never treats anything with respect. Happened with my Depo lights also.

I hate to say it but our Post Offices, FedEx and UPS don't treat shippments well either. Very well could have gotten to the Boarder that way and since it was hanging out anyways, they knew what it was and didn't have to open it up. Just playing Devils Advocate.......

ya we get that here too but it was clear that the box was opened. I ordered it direct from TTR so it came from their warehouse properly sealed and should have been sent out that way also..if you saw the box you would understand lol

sorry for the agrivation but that answers my question do they ship to Canada!! and if it is powder cated , might as well spray it with rocker guard , as the coating will chip and rust just like my trailer hitch and springs and shocks

When I bought mine it was shipped by FedEx. I live in NYC and its a wonder I get anything delivered. I actually had to hunt down the FedEx truck that was blocks away and walked home with it. The box was ripped and torn and the bar was half hanging out, but it wasn't damaged at all and was glad just to have it. Yours must have been really mishandled to become damaged. TTR probably needs to use stronger boxes considering how heavy the bar is.

X2. Even if Aaron shipped them in a fortified metal container, someone would find a way to destroy that.
