What blank rotors did you guys and gals go with? I re-used mine in a pinch for money this semester and as I imagined they are now showing some cracks (well ones is). So who used what and how do you like them? I work at Advance, but I am open to suggestions.

 

Since you work at Advance you'll probably not want to hear that I'm using NAPA heavy duty pads and rotors, but no complaints and no return of the dreaded "HHR shakes".

 

Believe me, where I work has nothing to do with my decisions, nor has it ever. If I had my way I would have bought some OEM GM pads, but again I was tight on money.

The pads have been fine thus far thankfully. Now I have some noise and a little shaking from that side and after inspection the rotor has a few cracks.

Gm Pads are too dirty....

 

Dusting isn't a worry for me, noise is. I have used numerous different pads in my vehicle history, wagners were the worst as far as noise. GM pads dust like factory pads should, but quiet as an empty desert!
