I found a good one. Identify this vehicule by its interior :

 

1953 Ford Crestline, all that safety equipment, the lap belts and stilettos, and those dagmars.

it appears to be a roll bar there , just behind her head, so possibly a pace car for Indy, but the 1953 pace car was a convertible.
So a car to demonstrate the new safety belts , later came in the 1956 model year.
