Please Help!! How can I bleed my clutch on 2006 Chevy HHR

It is grinding in Reverse and First badly and difficult to shift in other gears. When it sat for a few months after the issue it began to work great but then appears it got air again into cylinder or something.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone knows if I can check fluid that would be great. Need a cheap and easy fix.

The clutch hydraulic systems gets it's fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir. Check the brake fluid level.
It can be bleed. If you're losing fluid, you'll need to repair the leak before you worry about bleeding the system.

The firewall has been a problem for some. It cracks where the plunger goes through and makes for incomplete disengagement.
Could be a bad clutch or throw out; 2022-2006=16 years, probably 3-500,000 miles.
