DEAD. At 70F 12.2V is around 50% discharged, at 32F around 75%.

One of Oldblue’s batteries was pronounced dead at 12.2 volts back in 2010, turned out it was a dead cell , conveniently it died on vacation in Florida.

Just the radio clock, now make sure that the positive cable doesn’t fall down and touch to ground , I put a glove over it or wrap it in a dry cloth. If you’re taking it in for somebody to change for you, make sure you point out that your radio is working!
I had issues with Oldblue, and had to replace the radio HU and get it programmed to the VIN .

No. I've only had to reset my clock. If you have to do an emissions test soon you might want to get one of those battery operated memory savers because the computer will reset. Otherwise it's not a big deal.

That is debatable.

No it is not! Some of the electronics in the car will not function under 12.2 Volts and if you put any load on a 12.2 V battery it will fall precipitously.
At 70F 12.2 V is almost 50% discharged. Winter temps it is just dead.

X2 on that. I know Donbrew says minimum of 12.3 volts. Some sources say 12.6, some 12.7. My GMC Sierra needs at least 12.6 for all sensors to function properly. Yes, there is enough voltage to start it, but not enough to run all the sensors properly. I've been through this on two vehicles now. On my Sierra I had a half dozen unrelated CELs and it went into limp mode. Also see above, my battery in the HHR was at 12.2 and causing issues with Check Charging System messages. New battery, problem solved.
