You don't need a TCM with a standard trans. The RPM is being limited because the TCM thinks the trans is in park, with no input.

Unplug the TCM. The standard trans doesn't have the sensors that the auto had. I don't know if you will need to reprogram the ECM, maybe use the ECM from the donor car.
Not many have ever done the swap and none that did detailed the work here. I'm just guessing.
Why did you do the swap if you didn't know how?

I believe you’ll need to swap out the wiring harness for a harness from a standard trans car. May also need to swap to the ECM from the standard trans car and get it programmed to your car.

This is what I meant by "not knowing how", any body could bolt one on, making it work is a different thing. Would have been easier to just put an auto in, or buy a HHR with a 5 speed.
Did you wire in the clutch pedal position sensor? That is required to replace the park/Neutral switch on the auto for starting. I guess you could probably just short the wires as a proof of concept. The D-GN wire in the TCM harness should go to ground to enable starting, if it was a 5-speed the CPP would be a L-GN wire. (I think). Actually, that wire goes to the ECM, on an auto it goes to X1/pin 67 on a 5 speed it is X1/pin 45

Maybe, go to a junkyard and get the ECM and harness from an HHR with the same engine and 5 speed.

I hope that pic is not implying your next project is a turbo in a LT. That will be even more involved and possibly fatal to the engine.
