Whelp, it's been many a moon since we had a tie, but it's possible.
And in the event of a tie, we'll have Co-Featured HHR's for the month of April, and both will progress on to the HHR of The Year Contest next January.

Well folks, due to the request posted by Blue Beast (aka Boydie) in post #22, the entry posted by this member is Null & Void.
Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact him, we have received no response.
