The Solstice uses the LE5 2.4 Ecotec. The same engine that is in my HHR along with several other GM vehicles. So what you are trying to say is they are going to slap a turbo on the engine that is already in the 2LT and some 1LTs.

I douby very much that the HHR SS will be turbo. Most likely it will be supercharged instead. The GM design center in Colorado has been testing a prototype HHR SS for months with the same supercharger found on the Cobalt.

From Intellichoice:

2007 Chevrolet HHR

The GM Performance Division will work its magic on the HHR. Expect at least 205 horsepower from a supercharged Ecotec I-4, with a package similar in spirit to the Cobalt SS.
