130 club at boneville

random thought but how many people would like to travel to boneville and compete for the 130 club. entry is somewhere about 115 bucks. qualifying is 100 mph which the hhr can easily do but what would it take to get it to go 130. im sure the ss may be capable of this. max speed of the group is 149.999 if ne one wanted to know. just think this could be a possible hhr event.

In drive (auto) the speeds are......

2.2 is 108 mph
2.4 is 110 mph

It can be disengaged by dropping into "I" gear, netting about an extra 10-15 mph.

You better expect to be the "extended caboose" in the train of 140mph vehicles.

a couple of us have been out there already, not with a club but just on our own. That place is a blast, I had missmatched tires due to a huge piece of metal in a tire right before I left to go there so I only got in the 90's before the rear end started getting lose feeling also I was loaded down with a ton of luggage, but I wanna go back soon. Keep me in mind if this turns into an event.

When are/is this event(s). I would like to do this, although I would need to reach 135+ to reach a "personal best".
