In your photos both are missing.

#1 is the ECM #2 is the TCM

As I indicated in your last thread; you are also missing the TransmissionControlModule (1 connector), it lives in front of the ECM (2 connectors).

I’ve merged the 2 threads to avoid confusion and double posts. As I mentioned you can get the ECM online, and here’s the TCM also online. You will need to provide your VIN when you order

I'm thinking that the computers were removed because the car died. I would not spend any money with out knowing the condition of the engine and transmission, unless you intend this to be a "project car".

Posts #6 and #15. Need to find out if the engine is even usable.
I hope you weren't thinking it's just a plug in some missing modules and everything will work again. I notice the air breather assembly being off and looks like it has been for a while. Throttle body is probably trashed being open to the elements.
I hope like Donbrew said that this is a "project car"

A diesel mechanic would know how to turn an engine over by turning the front pulley with a socket wrench. Even in Algeria.
