2007 HHR caught my attention, 1st post

This is my 1st post as a noob and wanted to say hello. With that said.......driving by a dealers lot last week I saw this panel truck, 2007 Chevy HHR, no windows, and caught my eye which now has my attention. I like the sticker price of approx 17,000 to 18 and with a full tank of gas, 16 gal, 400 plus miles. I've got some money coming my way and the panel version is a very practical vehicle for a small business. I may wait till 2008 to see what new options are available. I'd like to add an extra 5 to 8,000 to customize still being sensible in the custom additions, nothing wild or gawdy. I love the style and have always done a double take with old panel trucks.

Glad they caught your eye and hope you end up getting one. After reading these boards, you might want to get one with running boards, seems there is a sand blasting issue at the rear quarters with out them.

Thanx.............Running boards,1st on the list as well as a Visor, Rear Spoiler, Mud Guards. Oh and LT-2LT Package Automatic Transmission, Heated Leather Seats, Remote Start With Keyless Entry, Theft Recovery System, Pioneer Sound System With MP3 and XM Satellite Capability, Sun Roof, Cruise, Tilt, Power Seat, Windows, and Door Locks. Size: 5.6 KB to the site!!! I highly doubt there are any changes to the 2008 Panel as they just came out. If so they would be very minor.

to the forum and the wonderful world of the HHR. Take the plunge...you won't be sorry. It's a great vehicle and a super deal for the money. As you have seen, we all enjoy our HHR's...well most do anyway. You're always going to find a straggler here and there who has more than the normal amount of issues...but that happens with every car...even the most expensive.

I've had my HHR 18 months and have had only a couple minor issues and they have been dealt with by the dealer very promptly. Enjoy all there is to read and let us know when you decide to take the plunge.
