I bought a used wheel from a salvage yard (Schrams ) for $75 and it was leather wrapped and like brand new. I switched the wheel and everything works perfect.

 

i agree...swap the wheel...best mod i've done yet...feels so nice!!!

 

I bought the SS Cobalt steering wheel with radio controls off eBay for about $100 & installed myself. The SS wheel is a slightly smaller diameter (sportier) & its leather which feels great! I removed an LS steering wheel which did not have the radio controls but everything hooked up & works great (even the lights on the controls).
