You may wish to make it easier for yourself.....

If you click on "New Posts" in the second brown banner from the top, it will list ALL the new posts and highlight in BOLD the ones you have missed.

Now, if you have not logged onto the forum for a couple days, you still could miss some. I believe the list is limited to 3 pages.
