This is a puzzle. My 4-way hazard lights work with out bulbs.

I recently converted my back up lights to parking, brake, and turn signal
lights. Others have done this mod on this forum.

There are no bulbs in the bottom lights yet, however when I turn on the hazards
all four flash. How can this be? I did the work myself and I know there are not any bulbs in the sockets.

Probably light being reflected down from the upper housings, maybe aided by the chrome rings/tabs on your blue dots.

Or its the ghost of Harley Earl expressing his appreciation.
