ABS sensor and module voltages?
I thought I answered the question. The EBCM reads a frequency not a voltage from the sensors. And the C0550 does not indicate ANY problem with inputs, it is an internal fault in the EBCM.
Wasting time and energy looking at the sensors seems a bit useless. I don't know how my response would need a "chill pill".

The Dutch have an expression to describe certain people. "Long toes." Easily stepped on.
On the internet, people tend to interpret everything in the most negative way possible. Best to do the opposite and interpret everything in the most positive way possible and assume good faith until irrefutably proved otherwise. Also best to proofread for possible inadvertent negative reading.

We try our best to share information, people ask our opinions and sometimes comeback with a list of things they’ve already tried, sometimes they don’t come back at all. Sometimes I ask questions, offer basic solutions and get ignored. Sometimes people only believe what they want to believe. I’m here to help. I’ve been fixing GM Ecotecs since 2003 and HHRS since 2007. I’ve been repairing cars and trucks since 1962, started my own car shop in 1990. I do realize some folks have talked to other folks, been on other web sites and prefer to save money and purchase parts that I know are crap. Go figure!
I dont think he had long toes just didnt answer the question, was all. I t wasnt about EBCM , it was About reading the voltage at the sensor wheel side and harness side. Sorry he got mad and didnt give me an answer. And yes I do have 2 wheel sensors not send AC voltage that is used to read a frequency. So I wanted to get the information to start there and work my way up. Car has 243000 miles so probably everything is broken. But with more research on my own and with some good info form Oldlue (thanks) I'm getting there. Didn't think it was that hard of a question though.
You seemed upset sorry If I missread the responce, thats the trouble with none verbal communication sometime. I understand what you are telling me but the car has more than one problem and I have run into this cascade effect on a couple of other cars is all. If the sensor doesnt produce voltage output to be used as a frequency will the abs come on? Online reading says it can and can cause a cascade effect. Thats why I wanted to know the proper voltage readings is all. just didnt think it was that complicated. And I do appreciate the time to give me input Thank you, it has helped. No one her is ignoring anything, just working the system by themselves on a limited budget, on a vehicle that is needed to continue to provide for the family. I will try and be even clearer in the future for you guy's to see what my need is. Again thank you sir.
But the EBCM reads FREQUENCY not voltage.
The answer to the question is: it is irrelevant since frequency is not dependent on voltage.
And C0550 has nothing to do with the signal being received or not. I don't know why pointing that out is interpreted as hostile.
I don't know how to be clearer. This is the third time.
And I hesitate to direct people to the free shop manual link in my sig after the recent criticism about that. I can't tell which people can't be bothered to read on their own.
