I don't see where it says " without the draw". Don't forget the RCDLR has power all the time and that means the BCM is always on.
The radio is connected to the retained power system. That sends a signal to the radio to switch off, not turn of the power.

Your correct, it does not say that but as I posted earlier I tested the key off position for draw and there was none with the key in or out.
As I mentioned to Whopper I am going to test the ACC position and leave the test going for 30 minutes to see if the draw will diminish.
Seems like this whole effort is a Crap Shoot with more posters revealing different experiences.

Are you suggesting to pull the 50A fuse just to see if it is the source of the 5 amp draw, or for another reason.
I am going to install a New battery today but I do not want to cause any other unwanted or unnecessary issues to have to fix.

I'm very detailed about following Directions.
Is "Whilst" even in the dictionary???
I'm thinking God does not want me to continue this endeavor as when I went to the garage this morning I hit the light switch and it blew all the garage and hallway lights out.
A burnt out 150 watt bulb was the cause of a fuse trigger.
Never had that happen before.

These 4 150 watt bulbs have been in use for 20 months. Only problem was today.
But it did trip the fuse breaker when it went.
