Do you mean washers under the lug nuts? Definitely not. The conical shape of the lug nut is what centers the wheel.

The exhaust just splits after the rear axle.

well im buying my wheels off the guy who does the ohio cobalt meet.

he had an extra set.

and i was thinking of doing it like this
