It might be prudent to remove the fuse for the RDO #23 interior fuse panel .
My 2007 or 2011 did not require any scans after battery replaced
Ok. I'll be careful with both.

If the battery has a vent hole it would be wise to install the tube. Some group 47 have the hole.

Yes. I already measured and saw the difference. What is your point?

My point is multi-fold:

1.) In post #2 RJ stated that he has one in his HHR.

2.) I figured you had looked at a size chart and wanted to know if there was room in the car. Thus the ruler suggestion because cars may differ.

3.) I did not know that your ruler is only capable of measuring solid objects. All of mine can measure empty areas as well. Harbor Freight has a few that can do both if you need one.

There was no sarcasm or snarkiness implied or inferred. No reason to get upset.

Thank you to all who made positive suggestions and helped me get a better understanding.
I will not return to this thread!
I knew that as soon as this last person got involved he would start with his snide, snarky remarks and brow beating.
No time for that!

He’s getting paid for this? I don’t think so! People can’t read everything as they hear everything and vise versa.
